'Double Trouble' is the world's first double flowered Helenium, producing bright yellow flowers for many weeks.
Being double flowers they are sterile, which allows the plant to put more energy into making flowers, and less into making seeds.
 'Double Trouble' and 'Ruby Tuesday'
'Ruby Tuesday' is a dwarf that really knows the meaning of the word! Growing to just 20"/50cm, it's a plant that really can be considered for the smaller borders and even containers. Small deep-ruby-red flowers provide charming decoration.
Both these varieties are from a breeding program by Dutch cut flower grower Pieter Damen.
